“Would like to thank Ludlow Heating and Cooling for repairing our furnace it went down 2 days before Thanksgiving and being a holiday week was nervous it wouldn't be fixed for Thanksgiving but Joanne said she would send someone out that day and Jim came out and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Jim diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to repair it that day. He also showed me the part that was broken and what it was supposed to do. Thanks for the quick response and great service!”

“When my furnace died the day after christmas and I called Ludlow, the owner Bill was in the office when I called and was at my house within 1/2 hour. He had us back up and running with heat in no time. We have been Ludlow customers for 10 years. Bill and Karen and the whole crew are great.”
